I’m not much of a thong girl but at £18 in the last Bordelle sale I couldn’t resist adding one to my cart. This is from their old sizing range, hence the considerable discount from £72 (and very odd sizing).

Bordelle is a brand known for their adjustable sizing but this has also created a lot of confusion (especially with the bra sizing increasing as cup sizes and the bands adjusting to several sister sizes via sliders). I’m a big fan of this and; I feel more confident that when buying online it’ll fit.

I took this to the extreme when ordering this harness thong in their latest sale from their ‘old sizing’ which came in sizes S/M or M/L. Only the M/L was available but for £17 I was willing to throw caution to the wind with some clue that their old sizing ran small and; the hope that I could adjust to the smallest sizing with the sliders (I am a UK 6/8 for reference, and their current sizing puts me at a SS/S). Lucky for me it fit but surprisingly it is nowhere near the tightest it can go!

Having since been to Selfridges and Bordelle's sample sale to try the updated sizing I'm glad to report that this outrageous sizing has luckily been updated. Trying on Moa and Amaya at both events respectively I fit into the small briefs and bralettes perfectly, as I would expect. As far as the balconette bras go I wasn't expecting my 30B/32A to fit in to the small (the smallest size for both ranges), proven with Amaya but disproven with Moa.
